In response to the recent flooding in Northern Thailand, which has severely affected residents' lives
and caused significant property damage, Mitsubishi Electric Kang Yong Wattana Co., Ltd.,
led by Managing Director Toshiyuki Iizuka, is rapidly deploying service teams to the region.
 
The company is collaborating with authorized dealers in Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, and Sukhothai to alleviate the hardships faced by Mitsubishi Electric customers. Customers can bring their flood-damaged Mitsubishi Electric appliances to participating authorized dealers in the aforementioned provinces for repair services.
 
The company is offering free repair and spare parts for appliances purchased within the last year,
and a 50% discount on spare parts for products older than one year. This assistance is available from today until September 30, 2024. For more information, customers can contact the hotline service at 1325.
 
Note: Repair services are limited to Mitsubishi Electric appliances, including air conditioners, refrigerators, fans, and water pumps, that have been damaged by flooding in the five specified provinces: Chiang Rai, Phayao, Phrae, Nan, and Sukhothai.
